The quality management system of Arab Caps. Is designed by a highly skilled, experienced professionals to not only satisfy but to exceed the requirements outlined in the Competent GMP's and international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007 by: 

1. Careful selection and review with customers of product concepts which meet as minimum customer aesthetic requirements and comply with recognized international standards. All external stds which are claimed will be reflected in product specifications and business processes to ensure full compliance. 

2. A determination to understand and document customer requirements for each market, and to differentiate our offer accordingly, thus ensuring all customer expectations are quantified and exceeded. 

3. Fully specify and controlling safe production processes to minimize impact upon the environment and tolerances to ensure predictable planning of deliveries and product quality.

 

4. Constantly reviewing customer and employee feedback to ensure clearly defined business processes, and roles that ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of the management system in terms of quality, the environment and health and safety.

 

5. To clearly communicate the management policy to all employees, and involve them in its development.

 

6. To plan and execute preventive maintenance of all equipment in order to preserve their performance.

 

7. Evaluate the training processes in order to ensure the efficiency of training.
